Orhan Koçak

A graduate of Bilkent University, Orhan Koçak has contributed to numerous feature films under the banner of Visual Focus Film Works. Through his dedicated work on the executive boards of SETEM (Association of Cinema Authors) and SEF (Cinema Workers’ Union), he plays a pivotal role in advancing creative labor rights and intellectual property awareness within the industry.

Dilara Balcı

Born in Izmir in 1985, Dilara Balcı began her higher education in 2003 at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Cinema and Television. Throughout her early career, she directed several short films that were showcased at various festivals and worked as an assistant director and editor for various television productions.

In 2010, Balcı joined the academic faculty of the Department of Film Design at Yaşar University. She earned her Ph.D. from Marmara University, Department of Cinema Studies, where she focused on the theoretical and historical aspects of the craft.

Olcay Seda Çeken

Olcay Seda Çeken is a director and visual storyteller whose narratives focus on the internal monologue, urban memory, and silent emotions through her short films. Viewing cinema not merely as a form of expression but as a space of existence, Çeken brings stories born from the spirit of Izmir to this year’s jury.
