Selman Nacar
Born in Uşak in 1990, Selman Nacar graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University’s Faculty of Law in 2015 and the Faculty of Film in 2016. He subsequently earned his MFA in Film Directing from Columbia University in New York, where he also taught fiction filmmaking. Nacar was selected for the prestigious Berlinale Talents 2019 and First Films First 2020 programs.
His debut feature film, Between Two Dawns (2021), premiered at the 69th San Sebastián Film Festival and received numerous accolades, including the Best Film Award at the Torino Film Festival. His second feature, Hesitation Wound (2023), premiered at the 80th Venice Film Festival and won the Golden Eye for Best International Feature Film at the Zurich Film Festival. Nacar is widely recognized for his cinematic explorations of ethics, justice, and social structures.


Gonca Vuslateri
Born in Bursa on September 2, 1986, Nazlı Gonca Vuslateri received her formal theater training at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory. A versatile artist with a career spanning theater, cinema, and television, Vuslateri is also an accomplished writer, voice actress, and columnist.
She gained widespread recognition for her performances in popular television series such as Little Secrets (Küçük Sırlar), False World (Yalan Dünya), and the Netflix original series Hot Skull (Sıcak Kafa). In cinema, she stood out for her roles in Hedefim Sensin, alongside Ata Demirer, and Welcome to Our Funeral (Cenazemize Hoş Geldiniz), a feature film for which she both wrote the screenplay and starred as the lead.
Beyond her acting career, Vuslateri is active in the literary and music worlds. She is a published poet and collaborated with the legendary Sezen Aksu on the song Hep Bi’ Şey Eksik. She also contributed literary essays to Masa Magazine and wrote columns for Hürriyet newspaper for two years. Most recently, she garnered acclaim for her portrayal of the character "Nur" in the series Leyla, continuing to expand her artistic expression through diverse and multidisciplinary projects.


Ahmet Sesigürgil
Born in Ankara in 1978, Ahmet Sesigürgil began his filmmaking journey by directing short films in 1998. Following his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Bilkent University, he pursued his passion for visual storytelling by studying cinematography and film at Central Saint Martins in London, the New York Film Academy, and the Maine Photographic Workshops.
Before his professional transition to cinema, Ahmet was a dedicated ice hockey player, competing at various levels, including for the Turkish National Team. Currently based in Brooklyn, New York, he divides his professional life between the U.S., Türkiye, Europe, and Africa, working as a Cinematographer for independent features, commercials, documentaries, and experimental films. Beyond his work behind the lens, he is deeply committed to film education and finds great fulfillment in teaching cinematography at various institutions.
