Faruk Güven

Faruk Güven began his career in 2008 as an Associate Producer at the TRT News and Sports Broadcasting Department, where he produced over 100 programs across news, sports, economy, and documentary genres. After completing his first Master's degree in Finance, he earned a second Master’s degree in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.

During his tenure in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2014, he directed eight short films and served in various capacities—including producer and assistant director—on numerous short films, several of which received international festival awards. Between 2014 and 2017, he worked as a Project Manager at the TRT Television Department, overseeing various TV movies, mini-series, and co-produced feature films. Since 2017, he has served as the Head of TRT Cinema.

For the past three years, Güven has been a jury member for the International Emmy® Awards in the TV Movie and Mini-Series categories during the preliminary and semi-final rounds. Additionally, since 2019, he has been a member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) TV Committee and is also a member of the European Film Academy (EFA).

Diloy Gülün

With over 25 years of industry experience, Diloy Gülün is the founder of Karma Films, one of Türkiye’s premier production service companies. Throughout her distinguished career, she has collaborated with acclaimed directors such as Ron Howard, Mira Nair, and Tom Tykwer, and worked alongside major global studios including Sony, Paramount, Amblin, and Europacorp.

Her extensive portfolio as a producer includes international success stories such as:

  • Butterflies (Sundance Film Festival – Grand Jury Prize)

  • Hesitation Wound (Venice Film Festival)

  • Eagles of the Republic (Cannes Film Festival)

Gülün continues to be a pivotal figure in bridging the Turkish film industry with the global cinematic landscape, specializing in high-end international co-productions and production management.

Onur Güler

A graduate of the Haliç University Conservatory, Department of Theatre, Onur Güler has a creative journey spanning from commercial and television directing to cinema. His debut short film, The Void (Boşluk), was honored with the Special Jury Award at the 20th Adana Golden Boll Film Festival.

His second film, The Wound (Yara), gained significant national and international recognition, winning the Best Film Award at the 21st Izmir International Short Film Festival. His latest work, Whichever Night I Grew Up In (Hangi Gece Büyüdüysem), was featured in the official competition selection of the Torino Film Festival.

Güler also served as the assistant director for Mahmut Fazıl Coşkun’s documentary Crossroads. Currently, he continues his professional work in the industry and serves as the Director of the Küçükçekmece Film Office.
